Feeling down 😔 Does it look like I even ovulated? My temps aren't the most reliable because when I work first shift I get up at 4 but when I work second shift I don't go to bed until 1 :/ I was hoping this would be our month 😔

You may have ovulated but even so, your luteal temps are low. Ideally, they should be 0.5-1.0 higher. Is this typical where there isn't a bigger shift? Have you had your progesterone checked?

I think it looks like you did. Sometimes temps don't necessarily stay elevated and drop below the coverline. I had a month that did that up til about 8dpo and I ended up pregnant. It ended in a chemical pregnancy  though. But I think you did ovulate!

I would still temp at 4am everyday. Even if you go to bed at 1am. That's roughly 3 hours of sleep and that's enough for your temps to be reliable. I've noticed that my temps aren't influenced by how much sleep I get. (Although some women it does).
