Stroller help!?

I picked out a stroller for our registry with a height of 45" because my husband was concerned about the height for him. I'm afraid the height is way too tall for me. Honestly, I will be using the stroller way more than he will, between being a stay at home mom, and taking the baby to appointments. I really want to compromise and get something in the middle but I'm just not sure of what height to get. Is there a standard on where your hands should be when pushing, or handle bars equal to belly button...anything?? I'm trying to get an idea but the only thing that pops up on Google is Strollers for Tall Parents, but not mentioning ergonomics of pushing a stroller lol...please help!
