To get the best chart you need to record your bbt at the same time every day. I have alarm to wake me at 3:30 am to take my bbt. For a while I got lazy and was taking my bbt just when I woke up, but there can be such a big difference in a bbt between waking up at 6, 7, or 8. My bbt charts doing it that way we're all over the place. So I'm back to using an alarm in the middle of sleeping and my charts are so clear and easy to see what's going on.
