I have mono and i didn't think this was a symptom of it at all. I am very very congested. I haven't been able to breath out of my nose this whole week. I tried cold medicine, and A VERY GOOD nasal spray. I was only allowed to use the nasal pray for 3 days because my body would get addicted to it. But none of that helped in the slightest bit. I tried the neti pot a few times, that didn't help at all either. My mom is now making me take advil cold and sinus and that isn't helping at all either. Nothing is helping. I sit and blow my nose for hours and it never ends and i still can't breathe. Also when i blow my nose there's a lot and it's dark yellow. WHAT DO I DOOO
