I apologise in advance I'm a first time mum and have gave birth 3 weeks ago, I've been bleeding really heavily over the past few days, it is not poop before anyone says anything. I'm having to change my pads every 2-3 hours and this has just came out of me!! It is thick and dark in colour I know my midwife advised to look out for clots I'm not sure what the fuck this is! Can anyone help me I am so sorry it is disgusting I'm just really scared really need advice and help
