cancelled IVF cycle - words of encouragement?

Question

This week we had to cancel our first IVF cycle (high estrogen, cyst, thick lining).

Any tips for maintaining hope? We've been trying for 3 years and I was really hoping for some good news just in time for Christmas! Now we'll have to delay until January and it is really hard to keep my chin up especially during the holidays.

I am so sorry. I could not imagine being cancelled! But, I think what you said is just it.. the holidays! You'll hopefully be super busy and get to spend a lot of time with family. Try to focus on the good things you have in your life and take time to enjoy a month without stressing over fertility. Your body could probably use a break anyways! And before you know it, it will be January and you can start 2017 with a bang! Good luck girl. Happy holidays to you and best wishes going forward ❤️
