My Papa recently had heart surgery and when he got to my house today he didn't look well at all. We got him inside and Thanksgiving was going along normally when all of a sudden my Papa was unresponsive and we called 9-1-1. My man was there every step of the way doing what he could to help. While the ambulance was there he and another guy kept all 5 of the kids outside (which believe me, it's a challenge). When we were told they were going to caraflight my Papa, he went and got our dog from his apartment, took it to his parents house, then drove to the hospital to be with my family and I. He was there by my side through the three breakdowns I had before the ambulance and the entire time after. He was there to wipe the tears off my face, hug me and comfort me to the best of his ability. I'm so thankful for him, the doctors and EMT''s, and I'm thankful for my family. Cherish the moments you have with them because you never know when it could be the last time you see them❤️
