Positive OPK?

The bottom one? Last cycle I got a positive on CD 12. O'd on CD 13. So this would possibly be a couple days earlier if it's positive. Was trying to do SMEP this month, so today was just my second BD since CD8. Now do I do 3 days and then skip a day and BD again?
