Can someone please help me. I'm freaking out. I just got a cold 3 days ago. My chest hurts every time I cough and take a deep breath. Can't move to fast due to shortness of breath. My head is pounding and my nose won't stop running. When I blow it makes it worse. I'm weak. And I Can't sleep. Can someone please help. I tried Robitussin dm and Tylenol did not help at all. Should I go into the er?
