I had a cervix check two days ago and I'm still cramping and spotting off and on. 39w2d, should I call the doctor?

My doctor said spotting aftet the check was normal but if there is bleeding go in.

If your worried yeah, but generally it happens, i had a sweep last Thursday and bled a load of bright red blood aparrently its normal, had another sweep Tuesday and didnt bleed, then another yesterday and bled a little bit, STILL no baby :(
