Has one one had a threatened miscarriage and went on to have a healthy pregnancy??

Little background: I start bleeding yesterday like a period except a little lighter and call doc right away except they are closed for the rest of the week and they told me that if I'm not bleeding heavy or feeling pain not to go to the er and gave me the diagnosis of a threatened miscarriage over the phone untill monday...has anyone else had this and baby been fine??
