Tmi pic....gross sorry!

Hey ladies. Sorry for the tmi pic but I just went to the bathroom and saw this in my undies? I am 12dpo today. My temp declined yesterday and rose again this am. I was having dull stabbing pain in my left side last night. Also sort of pulling pains. My boobs have been sore for about a week and a half but only on the sides. Could this be implantation? I will postu chart as well. Any thoughts?​​
