In High School, me, my dad (he was TSA sponsor) and my BF (at the time), went on a school trip to compete in the state TSA competitions. We won 1st place, which meant we were able to go to National in Baltimore Maryland during the summer. Well.... the morning of the awards ceremony, my BF and I were making out on the bed in my room. My dad walked in on us. I have never been more ashamed. He revoked our right to go to Nationals, and it was one very icy car ride home. If I could change anything about HS it would be THAT day, because I know it disappointed my dad so much. I hated having him disappointed in me. Thinking about It still brings me pain, 6 years later. I broke up with the BF a few months after that lol
