Pre natal vitamins😮

OK so I wanted to start taking pre natal vitamins to help my body get healthy before I conceive. But as I was online searching I came across this.. so I went to Walmart & tried finding vitamins that fit this criteria but I had no luck finding none. All the vitamins that they carry have a lot more vitamin A & folic acid than what is recommended. What have u girls done?
