symptoms
I'm 4 weeks and 1 day and I've been cramping and having this dull pressure feeling in lower abdomen that comes and goes .. it makes me feel like I have to use the restroom .. I keep trying to google but they say as long as I'm not bleeding I'm fine .. your thoughts ?
