back to exercise?
Finally getting my energy back at week 27, and wish I could go back to running like I did everyday, but everyone says you shouldn't start a new exercise regimen while pregnant. It wouldn't be new for me, but would be something I haven't been able to do since the beginning of my first trimester because I have had such crippling fatigue. What are your thoughts? I miss the exercise. I want to feel good about myself again, and just walking doesn't cut it for me. To run or not to run?
