So I have 2 questions..

How bad do contractions have to hurt to count?

And can you feel the baby through them?

I'm feeling contractions every 3-6 min for the last 20 min- half hour... They hurt more than a period cramp and hurt in my back but not enough to cause me to lose my breath or anything. And I can feel the baby move a bit, or which side she is leaning on but it definitely feels hard all over. They last 20- 45 seconds but feel like they are getting longer each time.

I'm 40 weeks and not sure if these r labor contractions or extreme Braxton hicks..

Update: they went from 3-6 to 2 min within about a half hour.. Within an hour They were getting much more intense. I headed to the hospital after an hour and I was 5 cm when they checked... I stuck it out for 2-3 hours but the epidural is heaven 💕 now just the waiting game. Beyond excited to meet my baby.
