3D Ultrasounds

I had a ultrasound last week at 27+5 and the tech decided to show me baby A in 3D since he was cooperating. Ever since then I have been worried. I don't know if it's me but baby's nose looks very big. This is my first time with 3D ultrasounds; is there reason for bigger features? How accurate are these types of pictures? Has anyone else experienced this and then baby's nose came out average size?
