9 weeks pregnant?

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and bought a home Doppler to see if I could hear my little one but I can't, should I be worried? I saw a heartbeat at my 6 weeks scan tho? I can't help but think the worst

This is why doctors don't reccomend these... they cause unnecessary stress on mums to be. As long as your not bleeding with heavy cramps I am pretty confident your little bean is ok

Very normal to not be able to find it so early on. Is your placenta anterior? Also, try starting right above your pubic bone and move very very slowly when trying to find it, that may help!

I'm 35w5d and it still takes them a little while to find the heartbeat. They couldn't find it w the Doppler til I was 14-15 weeks

Even doctors usually can't hear the heartbeat with the Doppler until 10 or 11 weeks so I would just wait a few more weeks. The baby is so low and tiny its hard to catch it at this stage

I couldn't find mine until 10 weeks so give it a few more days.

I wasn't able to find mine on my own until 12 weeks. If you do it too early you will freak yourself out. Be patient and wait a couple weeks

Usually advises that ou won't hear the heartbeat with an at home Doppler until about 13 weeks, as it's so so small at this stage, be patient 😊 and congrats x
