Single mom by Choice
I am 35 , an RN and been married for 8 Years with the Love of my life. We tried for 6 years before testing for any issues as I was 26, and he was 50 when we got married . Then we found out He could't have children Unless <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> due to sperm's quality and quantity.
We tried <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> once and failed than he decided it is too too expensive to try again . He suggested donor insemination and we both agree to go for it. I got pregnant on the second attempt but it was a blighted ovum. We tried again and we had a chemical pregnancy.
All of the attempts and failures put a strain on our marriage to the point where he asked me to sign a
legally document saying that in case we divorce or I DIE , he won't be responsible for my baby .
It broke my heart and all of the months and events happened after that discussion ruined our love, trust and marriage. We are divorced now as I can't see happiness without a baby or until I exhausted all possible options.
I thought about everything I decided to chose Single motherhood as I have not time to waste, my fertility clock is ticking. What you guys think? Anyone has an advice or a story to help me ?
