I'm planning to go on the pill to make my periods more regular and for cramps. I was wondering what everyone's experiences are with each type (especially with these issues) also I live in Australia so brands here would be great ❤️️☺️

If you're going on it to make your periods more regular make sure it's a combination pill and not the mini pill.

Yes! I have to take the mini pill because I can't take estrogen. The mini pill hasn't changed my periods at all! So if you can take estrogen definitely take a combination pill! I can't take estrogen because I get migraines where I lose my vision added estrogen could give me a stroke. Be sure to talk to your doctor about any health issues.
