HELP!
Hey y'all! I'm Sarah, 21 years. I'm active eat mondetatley clean/healthy. First app I've ever used to track my menstural cycle. Love this app. Anyways. My periods come pretty regularly. I have serious cramps and my legs ache and cramp so bad! I don't know if anyone else who experience this as bad as I do. Does anyone else experience this or found ways to help. My normal routine is taking 2-3 advills every 2/3 hours depending on if it is taking care of the pain enough. And I do this for about a day and a half. I'd like to not take as much Advil but it's the only thing I have found that helps the pain. The pain is horrible and doesn't change whether I'm standing sitting or laying down. I do use a heating bad or a plastic bottle heated in the microwave if I'm at work for my stomach. Any tips or suggestions? Thanks in advance!
