tmi sorry, but please advice my doctor can't see me

I woke up to a blood spot in my pants ( I don't sleep with underwear I'm seven weeks five days I held a pecie of toilet paper in my vagina for a good 45 seconds and this is what was on the pecie of paper I have been masterbaing the last couple of days doctor said they can't see me until Tuesday *Update * adding another picture going to Er as soon as I can very worried
