Coparenting advice !

This weekend my ex was suppose to have our 4 month old baby. I had to work today and He wanted to go out last night so I kept her and he was suppose to pick her up before I went to work this morning , but he didn't and hasn't texted or called me . Luckily I found a last minute sitter , but I could have lost my job if I hadn't went to work . . I'm so upset I don't know what to tell him whenever he does call .. Advice on what would you do.
