Delayed Period

Okay this is the first time i've ever posted on here but, according to eve, i'm 4 days late. BUT!! i'm not sexually active and haven't been for months. i did let my boyfriend put it in one time and i made SURE there was no semen or precum or ANYTHING near me. and this was after i had ovulated. i'm just really panicked about if i'm pregnant but i know there's no way i am. i just started a new job so it could be off bc of stress and new things happening in my life but i just need help.
