Foods that are high in protein! I eat a LOT of eggs and chicken. They keep me full and energized. Red meat is also good later in pregnancy because of the iron. I try to eat a lot of vegetables and grains, too. Basically if you try to stick to clean eating, minimizing the amount of processed food, you should be good! (But I also eat a lot of ice cream haha.)

I don't know if it's the best or anything, but I ate a ton of apple slices with peanut butter. It always gave me a quick protein boost without making me feel like poop. Definitely a go to!
