Is anyone scared of giving birth?

Hello ladies!
I am so excited for my little bundle of joy to be born but I am so scared of the pain. Is anyone else scared and if you are how do you cope with it. What strategies are you using?

I was terrified of giving birth to my first. I read everything I could on giving birth and went to childbirth classes. I wanted to have a epi-free birth, and I made it to 7cm before caving and getting the epi, which helped me relax enough to finish dilating and rest until it was time to push. The pain does get bad (and I have a very high pain tolerance), but try listening to relaxing music, rolling on an exercise ball, and practice different positions BEFORE you go into labor to see what feels comfortable to you. I had an amazing support team with my first (my husband, MIL, and Momma were there to help me push, and my best friend wa there until it was time to push), and that made a lot of difference. This time, I'm not as scared of giving birth, since I know what to expect from the pain and recovery. Just try to stay relaxed as possible, as being tense makes the pain worse and the fear worse. You'll do great, our bodies were MADE for this! Congrats on your baby and I hope you have a quick, uncomplicated labor and delivery and a healthy baby! It's all worth it when you hold that little angel in your arms for the first time!

With my first born, my son I was able to reach 7 1/2 cm before I chose to get the epidural. I wanted to do it natural but had way too intense back labor and of course I was very nervous due to the fact he was my first child. Didn't help with people in my ear either. This pregnancy I am doing a natural birth, i am determined..I plan on bringing my headphones for music, I am going to also bring my laptop to watch movies, and I am limiting who is visiting before hand. Do what makes you feel most comfortable and don't let anyone come in between your decisions.

I remember being terrified with my first. But it wasn't that bad at all. I had a pretty breezy labor and birth.. 
6 1/2 hours... Deff didn't feel like that long at all really..
But here I am waiting for the 2nd one to come scared again lol.
