I really need some help I just had severe stomach pains where my womb is to the point where I couldn't breath it hurt that much and was doubled over in agony I ran to the toilet to check I wasn't bleeding (I'm 6 weeks 2 days ) and ended up having a bowel movement the pain has stopped and I'm not bleeding just feel very sick now I dnt know whether to go to hospital or not and dnt want to look a idiot incase it was constipation starting
