idk if these are cramps but i have stabbing pains right on the sides of my stomach. they hurt but idk if it's my period. i am 2 weeks late, but never had sex. cramps or something else?

If its on one side, it could be ovulating. I get that sometimes. Try placing a heating pad on the area and drink some water or warm tea, that usually helps me.
