I need help!

I need help. I have a 16 day old and she WILL NOT SLEEP. Day or night doesn't matter. If she's not on my boob she's crying! She won't take a pacifier and won't sleep on her own. She will literally sleep 2-4 hours during the day when she should be getting 16!  I don't know what to do! I literally have to nurse her to sleep and yes I HAVE to co sleep at night. Mama needs a break! Is something wrong? Am I not doing this right?? Also she is strictly breast fed. I am starting to pump to have a stash for daddy so please don't suggest formula in any way. Boob is fine!!
