My sister got the news she couldn't have babies due to her medical condition, her husband and her are in so much pain. She asked me to be her surrogate since Im the only one who has had a baby. I really want to help her out and give her the child she wants, but I'm extremely scared of caring a baby for 9 months, giving birth then getting attached. What would you do? What if the possibility of me getting attached to the baby?

For me, if it were my sister, I'd have no hesitation. But we're very close and I love her kids like they're mine anyway.

I'd probably do it for my sister since she's family and I'd get to see the kid pretty frequently. It would be difficult, but for me the idea of wanting kids but not being able to have them but having to watch everyone else have them seems so much more difficult.

I wouldn't become a surrogate because I know I would get attached. Carry a baby for 10 months, give birth then hand the baby over? I couldn't.
