On Wednesday I started feeling sick my body ache,fever and shivering. Then the next day I just felt weak n tiered. 3rd day the same with vomiting now it's day 4 and I still feel sick and I had diarrhea once and vomiting once. What can it be I thought it was a cold and took nyquil first 2 days?
