decreased movements?

When is decreased movements typical? I'm almost to 37 weeks & for the last few days the movements have been less & less. Yesterday there were 3 or 4 times when she was crazy active & the rest of the day a movement here & there. I tested myself for a fluid leak but it wasn't amniotic fluid. No bleeding. Back pain, cramping here & there with no consistency & feeling feverish throughout the day.. nauseated after eating/drinking.
