holy shit. is this my plug?? will it regenerate??

Question

I'm 36+2. Yesterday and Friday I had a bunch of period cramps, they were horrible. I also had a slight back ache all day yesterday. I had loose stools last night after being constipated for 4 days. 
I woke up this morning with an insane urge to decorate for Christmas. (I'm due the 23rd) hehe.

What do you think? I lost smal bits like this Thursday and Friday and a little yesterday. Then this! Wow!

I read and have been told that if it doesn't have any brown or red blood in it, it can still grow back.

I've had the same type of "discharge" for weeks! Along with the period cramps or back pain and even BH. I went to be checked out and Dr told me I've been losing my plug slowly. I'm dilated to a 1. I'm 34 weeks 2 days. I guess I'm just waiting for a bloody show or something else now...?
