I have puffy nipples and have been with a lot of guys. Personally I don't like them, but guys don't care or notice. Nipples are nipples to them!

I have puffy nipples until something happens like I get cold or someone touches my boobs. I hate them and they make my boobs look pointy and gross. My boyfriend never comments on them, he just tries to get them to "shrivel".
