Iud without permission WHAT!!!???!!

I went to the ob after I gave birth to twins and I went for my 6 week check up and my doctor said she squeezed my uterus why would she do that it hurt a little but wat I think is she put a iud in my uterus without my permission is this possible?

It's called palpating the fundus, which is basically checking the height of your uterus to make sure that it has contracted down to its pre-baby size. Putting an IUD in there without your permission would be really stupid as it's blatant malpractice.

IUDs take time to place, it wouldn't have happened that quickly. I also hope that you trust your doctor enough to ask if you have questions during an exam...you're an important part of your health care.

Iud doesn't go in as quick as you're describing and you would've seen it plus they have to go back in and cut down the strings

I doubt it. She has to check to see if your uterus has gone back down to its normal size. May also have been squeezing to make sure you were no longer bleeding.

She was probly feeling to make sure it was going back to its original place if you think she inserted an iud without your permission then check with your finger you would be able to feel the strings or have someone check for you
