help with the pill?

I started taking the pill on the 8th of November, and finished my last period around 6 weeks ago. I now have 2 pills left before taking a 7 day break from the pill but have very painful cramps, is this due to the length of time I've not had my period or should I be worried? (I don't usually cramp until I am actually on my period) thank you in advance!!

Birth control changes your body a lot when you first start so you'll be feeling weird having different cycles and what not until you're body finally regulates itself. As long as you don't have blood clots bigger than golf balls or bleed for more than a couple weeks consistently, you should be fine. Your body just needs to find its flow with the new medication :]
