I'll be 39 weeks on Tuesday also have my next appointment than too. 
I am a first time mom 
I have not lost my mucus plug
I have not dilated anything 
Don't even think I'm effaced 
Has not dropped 
Just feel like he's going to pass his due date

I'm on the same boat! First time pregnant and he hasn't even completely dropped, no contractions, not dilated, nothing but this baby dancing and sleeping on my ribs 24/7 😖

You make a post like this every few days. Be patient. You can't compare your pregnancy to everyone else's. Every pregnancy is different. Some women are dilated for weeks before going into labor and other dilate spontaneously . Your baby will come when he/she is ready. If you keep stressing, you'll delay the process. Your body needs to be relaxed or you'll stalk the process.

I tell FTMs to plan a date night on their due date because they will likely still be pregnant. But, things can change in a day too! Dilation does not tell you when labor will start :)

Start walking. Having sex. Bounce on a birthing ball.

Have you been doing any walking, squatting, climbing stairs etc? Sex will help, sometimes eating spicy foods too. Good luck!!
