I was put on the depo shot around February and it caused me to to gain about 35 pounds .. I'm now off the shot and thinking about pill again but I'm not sure , also does anyone know some ways to lose my weight back ( I'm in dance also bit dance isn't helping me lose it , I've been gaining all my weight while I do dance ) anything I'll help honestly ... Also did anyone else experience weight gain on the depo or pill ( I was on pill for about 4 and a half months )
