So I accidentally cut my hair. First of all I cut the top of my hairline ages ago and it's slowly growing back but I need it to grow fast. Secondly I cut part of my layered hair and it looks really weird. I can tie my hair up etc.. Can anyone suggest how to grow both parts of my hair back fast???
