I never ever sleep in a bra. Mainly because it is uncomfortable. However I went camping the other night and left it on. Before I fell asleep I unhooked it so it could just hang around my shoulders. That felt great until I woke up with the underwire poking into me because I'm a stomach sleeper. My boobs are pretty sore now. Could this have caused damage to my breasts in any way?
