when should you stop taking your pregnacare vitamins ?

I've been taking them since the start of my pregnancy all the way up until now at 32 weeks .. do I continue to take them ?

Depending which ones you use, but take the pregnancy ones until you give birth and then switch to the ones fit for lactation. 😊 Some doctors and farmaceutical companies have developed vitamins that are fit for both so it really depends on what you are taking but do not stop taking them they are very important to provide vitamins for you and the baby ( the little one takes all he needs from you si it is really you they benefit more)
