I'm questioning my spiritual beliefs and I don't know what to do

I was raised very strictly as a Baptist and grew up in one church. Now I'm 23 and questioning some things but I feel like I can't talk with any of my family or even my friends because they'll shun me or something. I know having questions isn't wrong, I just don't know who I can talk to that won't judge me for not believing what they believe while having the same knowledge of the Bible and being an independent baptist.
