what to do on maternity leave

So my new goal is to get out of the house with baby once a day. I only have 3 weeks left of maternity leave and I want to get in the swing of handling baby out by myself.
Problem is, the only thing I've done with baby is go to the grocery store and I don't need to make a trip until the end of the week.
Any ideas of what to do when it's cold while you're on maternity leave?

Depends on where you live and the weather. I live in Northern California and the weather is mild. Its been around 65 to 70 outside. I just walk around the neighborhood.

I went to Pier 1 today with my 5w old. I baby carried her. We had a great time...she slept the whole time 😉
I think any store would be nice to go and browse if you're feeling up to it.

You can also check if there are groups of moms in your area, they usually have weekly meetings and your baby can interact with other infants
