diarrhea instead of morning sickness?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant, I don't have morning sickness or any other pregnancy symptoms, but almost everything I eat feels like it runs right through me.. anyone else have this? I go to the doctor tomorrow..

I had the same thing during the 1st trimester.  Would much rather have diarrhea than throw up!

In my first trimester I'd swing from constipation to the runs every few days. I didn't really have any morning sickness either. Occasional passing queasiness was as bad as it go for me. It's all calmed down a bit now that I'm in the second trimester though.

I get so scared with everything, this is my first and I'm so scared of losing it...

I'm about to be 15 weeks and I remember right when I was as far along as you are now that I had the runs so bad one night to the point where I was in tears bc my stomach was hurting, I was getting hot flashes and I was so scared that I was gonna lose the baby. Luckily, the little one is healthy and doing great! I didn't have much morning sickness let alone many pregnancy symptoms, but after I dealt with that, I just started to drink a ton of water! It helps me a lot and I haven't had an incident or the runs like that happen again so far! But it's totally normal to deal with this.
