i am on the pill and have another week before i'm supposed to start my period. today, my boyfriend was fingering me and a little after that i got up to use the restroom to find out my panties were stained with blood and he ended up having some blood on his hands too. he has cut me before on accident while fingering me because he had long nails. should i worry? is this spotting (i have never expirenced spotting before) or could he have cut me again? or something worse?
