I was put on bed rest 11/21/16 for having contractions at 34 weeks and I have been getting mild cramps the last few days but today they have gotten worse through the day and now that it's night they are getting really really bad and more frequent and in the last 10 minutes I have had to get up and pee 6 times which isn't normal. I have an appointment with my midwife in the morning but idk what to do right now
