pp blood back

I'm 6 weeks pp and I hadn't bled sine week 5. I did a check up with the ob, she said my tear was healed and I can have sex again which I didn't because I'm afraid to. But now blood has returned bright red and some tiny cults when I urine! I breastfeed and I take birth control bills

Is this normal ?
