Napping
How are everyone else's babies doing with napping?
My 3 month old is EBF and rarely naps without the breast, he does occasionally but it requires lots of rocking! I swaddle him and put him in a darkened room but he only takes 45 minute naps at the most, so it's hard to get things done.
I'm worried about him relying on the boob and rocking to sleep.Any suggestions or experiences to share?
