2 month old cries uncontrollably unless i stand her up
My 2 month old has been very smart and alert since birth. She is very eager to sit up and walk already. She constantly gets frustrated when she can't sit herself up. But my main problem is that she cries uncontrollably unless I help her sit up or stand. Is this normal? I try every thing I can do to clam her but she only starts smiling and stops crying when I stand her up. I've been trying to teach her how to self soothe but she hasn't learned yet. What should I do
Edit: yes I told her pediatrician that I believed she had acid reflux at her very first appointment and her 6 week appt. He wouldn't take me seriously and said acid reflux is much worse than what I was describing and it was highly unlikely that she had acid reflux ugh. I'm going to see if he'll prescribe it after I tell him about the whole standing up thing.
